My wife and I like to try a new place every year. This time, we decided to bring the entire family. We rented a 3 Bedroom Ocean View Condo and the view was spectacular. We have stayed at other resorts where "view" means the resort next to you. This is not the case at Mar Vista. The unit was very spacious and luxurious. We will be back in the summer!

Mar Vista Grande's supremely comfortable accommodations offer the ultimate in convenience and privacy. Each tastefully decorated home-away-from-home has its own expansive oceanview balconies which are accessible from the master bedroom and living area. Master bedrooms feature a walk-in closet, private bath with shower, jacuzzi tub and granite counter tops with double sinks. Each of our condos also feature two additional baths, complete kitchens with granite counter tops, fullsize washer and dryers, and high-speed internet.

These exceptional condos have outstanding oceanfront and oceanside views of the Atlantic Ocean from large balconies with access from the master bedroom and living area.

Policies

 We reserve the right to require a minimum number of nights' stay in any unit at any time of the year. No refunds for early departures. ALL GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO TRAILER PARKING OR MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED. We require a deposit equal to the first night's stay at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. Cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival with a 10% cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival is subject to full forfeiture. We require a $100 security deposit at check-in. Check-in time after 3:00 PM, Check-out time before 10:00 AM.
